Homes are Furnished
- Rents shown are for a 12 month lease
- Landlord pays for electricity, gas, trash, sewer, water, Internet, pest control and landscaping. Electricity monthly cap of $150
- No smoking allowed inside the house
- One month refundable security deposit
- $250 cleaning fee at moveout
- Pet fee is $200 per pet. Maximum of two pets (if pets allowed). Extra pet fee for cats
- 680 Credit Score minimum to qualify and good rental/mortgage record
- No Section 8 Accepted at this time
